Salary: £27,254 - £29,540 per annum pro rata, £14.13 - £15.31 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Contract: Permanent, required as soon as possible

Unity Stars Nurseries are seeking passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leaders to join our dedicated team at our Chalkstone Way site.

About the role:

We are looking for experienced Room Leaders to play a vital role in the launch and development of our new nursery setting.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • leading a room to ensure a high-quality, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • supervising and mentoring staff, sharing best practices
  • contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
You will be:
  • a qualified childcare professional (minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
  • confident in leading and inspiring a team
  • creative, reflective, and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and education
  • skilled in building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
