Knowledge and experience of both Process Safety and incidents and investigations are highly desirable. An ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation to drive improvements and to motivate / and influence colleagues and contractors to implement and action advice. Lead Auditor Qualification in ISO 45001 would be an advantage.
