Build strong relationships with stakeholders including operational teams, employees, clients, and external partners. Represent the business at client SHEQ forums and meetings as required. Assist in preparing RAMS, Job Packs, and briefings for employees and contractors, and contribute to the development of Construction Phase Plans. Support operational teams during client, project, and subcontractor pre-start meetings to ensure safety is prioritised in all planning and delivery. Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety, and wellbeing. Lead or support accident and incident investigations. Conduct and assist with internal and external SHEQ audits. About You NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety essential. Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction , power , or utilities sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
