Gas Apprenticeship Assessor
Full-time Blackburn Up to £37,265 (including market supplement)

About the Role
Working as part of the Apprenticeship Gas team, you will manage a caseload of apprentices and guide them through every stage of their programme.
- Plan and carry out workplace assessments
- Deliver high-quality training and support to learners
- Monitor apprentice progress to ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship Standard
- Build strong relationships with employers and learners
- Lead on standardisation activities
- Coordinate the Internal Verification (IV) process
What We're Looking For
- Industry experience in gas engineering
- Relevant gas qualifications (e.g. ACS certifications)
- Experience assessing apprenticeships (or willingness to achieve an assessor qualification)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A passion for supporting learners in a work-based setting
