About the role

The Senior Executive Assistant provides efficient executive support for all aspects of the office of the President and Managing Director, Disney Parks International, including other executives as communicated. The role uses business acumen to prioritise, plan, organise and anticipate requirements to assist the President in activities and the smooth running of the business with little direction.
What will you do
- Act as the primary contact for all incoming communication and ensure interactions are handled professionally.
- Proactively manage the President's complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and plan and execute travel arrangements for Disney Parks International and related engagement in Disney's Commercial Inclusion Strategy focus.
- Ensure daily prioritisation of communication, meetings, and action items in a fast-paced environment, working directly with senior executives, teams and external partners across the US, Asia and Europe.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, memos, letters, spreadsheets and other correspondence.
- Provide overall office administration and organisational task support, including screening calls, maintaining filing systems, preparing expense reports, and processing workflow requirements through SAP/Concur.
- Manage all work with the highest degree of confidentiality - exercising discretion, judgment, and diplomacy.
- Display initiative and proactive communication as a consistent means of accomplishing these activities.

Experience
- Proven experience in a global organization, managing calendars, communications and priorities across multiple time zones.
- Extensive, proven administrative experience supporting C-Suite level executives in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and support an executive with frequent travel to Asia and Europe.
- Experience working across multiple geographies with cultural sensitivity.
Skills

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn the substance of the President's work to be an effective facilitator within the business unit.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP/Concur; ability to learn new technologies for macOS, iPhone and iPad.
- Experience with Video TeleConferencing and Telepresence (Microsoft Teams and Zoom).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or with business units located in Asia and Europe is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and/or French is beneficial.
