Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Associate
Multiple location across Kent
£30,000 £75,000 DOE + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Full-time Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors / Associates to join its busy property teams across several Kent offices.
With multiple vacancies available, this is a great opportunity to join a firm offering strong caseloads, career progression, and a supportive team environment.
The Role
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with some exposure to commercial property work where required.
Your work will include:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Leasehold matters, including lease grants and renewals
- Title checking, searches, enquiries, and reports
- SDLT and post-completion processes
- Occasional commercial matters (e.g. refinancing, acquisitions, leases)
- Active involvement in business development
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced conveyancer
- Strong experience handling a busy residential caseload independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a team-focused approach
