Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Solicitorto join its established and growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and well-regarded practice, working on a broad range of residential property matters.

The Role:

Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure a high standard of service

The Successful Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 0-3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage files with appropriate supervision
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
• Keen to learn and progress within a supportive team environment
