Job Description
Our client has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a contract basis for 12 months with possible extension.
Role: Project Manager
Location: Portsmouth - fully onsite
Hours: 37 per week
Hourly Rate: Up to 50.84 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: full SC required before starting, UK Eyes Only due to project
What you'll be doing:
- Project Managers shall lead the multi-function project team to deliver OQOTOC.
- Project Managers shall build beneficial relationships with customers:
- Identify threats to customer satisfaction and initiate effective mitigation actions.
- Interface with internal & external Customers.
- Provide regular status reporting.
- Negotiate changes.
- Act to promote customer satisfaction.
- Project Managers shall develop the project plan:
- Create a project team environment that will promote success through proactive planning.
- Confirm requirements with the Customer to define scope.
- State the methods that shall be employed in the execution of the project, utilising standard Company processes and procedures.
- Define the work breakdown structure and agree work packages with the multi-function project team.
Requirements:
- Project Management experience within Manufacturing, Aerospace or Defence
- Experienced delivering projects On Quality, On Time, On Cost
- Project Management Software Experience
