Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor 7+PQE

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a reduced caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and related legal documentation
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures
• Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case records

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to supervise
• Good IT skills, including case management systems
• High attention to detail and a professional approach
