Skills & Experience Proven track record working with s p ecifiers, developers, M&E consultants, and subcontractors in security or construction. Strong technical knowledge of security systems - including access control, CCTV, intercoms, smart home, IoT sensors etc. Will train to fill in product gaps with right candidate. Possible cross train from HVAC and/or BMS side also. Demonstrated success in influencing and winning project specifications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence (essential). Experience delivering CPD seminars (desirable).
