Project Manager

Looking for a Project Manager to join a growing company that assembles special purpose high value machinery in Accrington, Lancashire.

• Taking ownership of projects from order intake through design engineering, manufacture, and final delivery.
• Manage project schedules, costs, resources, and technical delivery.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams including mechanical design, electrical, controls, and manufacturing.
• Act as the primary customer interface, managing technical discussions and project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and commercial implications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Support key project milestones including design reviews, build phases, FAT, and delivery.

Ideal candidate experience:

• Experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Similar experience with bespoke machinery, special purpose machinery, automation systems, or capital equipment.
• Understand engineering design, manufacturing processes, and project delivery.
• Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role.

Salary range is 45,000 to 60,000 with a 38 hour week.
