Salary: 26,200 + Company Vehicle Provided What We're Looking For Experience & Skills: Your day to day will include sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings along with litter picking, graffiti removal and carpet cleaning. Communal areas / blocks COSHH Work using own initiative Knowledge and skills in the use of chemicals and mechanical devices associated with cleaning operations Requirements: A full UK driving license (essential for this mobile role). Previous experience in commercial, domestic, or communal cleaning. Knowledge of practical and technical issues relevant to communal area maintenance. A presentable manner and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
