Overview of responsibilities: Execute inspection and QC activities on all incoming materials and equipment, ensuring correct receipt, storage, preservation and handling Analyse Purchase Orders and Project Specifications (visual and dimensional checks) to verify supply accuracy Carry out visual inspections on delivered materials, verifying integrity and correct identification/marking Prepare MRR / MIR and liaise with the client regarding received materials Ensure inspections, material certifications and quality records are managed in line with Codes, Standards and QC Plans / ITPs Manage and organise documentation for test records, inspections and controls, ensuring full traceability for As-Built dossiers Issue Inspection Material Reports, Receiving Inspection Reports and NCRs Support subcontractor activities by verifying implementation of approved QC Plans / ITPs, witnessing inspections and collecting QC records What are we looking for? Proven years in material control / QC on construction sites within the Oil & Gas industry or similar.
