This is a full-time Assistant Headteacher position. There will be a 0.5 teaching commitment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in:

• Driving high-quality teaching and learning across the school, underpinned by evidence-informed practice
• Leading and developing whole-school systems, including assessment, behaviour and pastoral support
• Supporting the strategic leadership of safeguarding as a Deputy DSL
• Ensuring all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged pupils, achieve well from their starting points
• Monitoring and evaluating pupil outcomes, using data to inform school improvement
• Contributing to the day-to-day leadership and organisation of the school
