Project Manager Retail Fit-Out (Shopfitting)
Location: London (office-based) with nationwide UK travel

About the Company
An established and highly regarded retail fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver fast-track shopfitting projects for premium retail brands across the UK. Known for quality, pace, and consistency, the business offers a strong project pipeline and long-term stability.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role with full responsibility for projects from initial survey through to handover and commercial close-out.
ABOUT THE ROLE You will take full ownership of retail fit-out projects, managing all aspects of delivery to ensure programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing retail fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during delivery
- Leading design coordination, subcontractor procurement, and programme planning
- Maintaining full control of site safety, quality, programme, and cost
- Managing variations, risk, and overall commercial performance
- Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to achieve snag-free delivery
- Overseeing handover, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and defects management

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail fit-out / shopfitting
- Experience shop fitting in a shopping centre

- Experience delivering fast-track, multi-site retail projects
- Confident and professional client-facing communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and programme control
