A well-established, family-run main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Coordinator to deliver high-quality construction projects across the Channel Islands.

You ll take full responsibility for coordinating mechanical & electrical packages across projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key duties:
- Manage and coordinate all M&E services on site
- Oversee subcontractors, programme, and delivery milestones
- Review drawings, technical submissions, and specifications
- Ensure quality, compliance, and installation standards
- Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams & Directors
- Support commissioning, snagging, and final handover
- Background as an M&E Coordinator, MEP Manager, or Building Services Manager
- Experience working for a main contractor or MEP contractor
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical & electrical systems
- Comfortable managing subcontractors and driving programme
- Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with stakeholders
- £60,000 £70,000 salary
