Role Overview
The Senior Broker - Real Estate Finance, is responsible for structuring debt and equity on commercial, development, and residential investment transactions. This role involves servicing clients' real estate financing needs, managing brokers, and supporting the growth and strategy of Arc & Co.'s Structured Finance department. The Senior Broker reports to the Director - Real Estate Finance.
