DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS LEGAL ASSISTANT

This top Law firm based in Eastbourne are looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Legal Assistant, who has previous experience working as a Legal Assistant, and wants to work in Dispute Resolutions.

The role requires an excellent Legal Assistant to cover core areas:

1) Commercial contracts disputes

2) Director disputes.

3) Property litigation.

4) Contested probate.

5) Insolvency Litigation- corporate and personal.

6) Mediation and Arbitration.
