Painter & Decorator (Experienced), Central Belt, Full-Time, 19.00 per hour

Main Duties

• Carrying out interior painting and decorating work
• Preparing surfaces by filling, sanding, sealing, and priming as needed
• Applying wall coverings such as lining paper, wallpaper, and vinyl finishes
• Ensuring all work meets required quality standards and specifications
• Working within occupied homes while maintaining respect and professionalism
• Keeping workspaces tidy and adhering to site cleanliness standards
• Communicating effectively with site management and tenants when necessary
• Complying with all relevant health and safety guidelines

Candidate Criteria

• Qualified Painter & Decorator (NVQ or similar qualification advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience across residential and/or commercial projects
• Competent in installing a variety of standard wall coverings
• Capable of working independently with strong attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and time-conscious
• Valid CSCS card beneficial
