Service Advisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to thrive within their busy and professional Service Department. This Service Advisor position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and a passion for the automotive industry. As part of this position, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high standards of the dealership.

Benefits:

• Basic salary up to 27,000, dependent on experience
• On target earnings exceeding 30,000
• Monday to Friday working week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota

Duties:

• Advising customers on vehicle repairs, technical queries, and maintenance options
• Booking vehicles in for servicing and organising work schedules efficiently
• Keeping customers updated on repair progress and vehicle status
• Selling additional repairs, parts, and services to meet customer needs
• Finalising invoices accurately and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor within a dealership setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
• Professional approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
• Full valid driving licence
