Responsibilities
- Deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer area
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons and organise special events
- Look after customers' specific needs and keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction
