Responsibilities
  • Deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer area
  • Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons and organise special events
  • Look after customers' specific needs and keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction
