Defined Benefits Pensions Business Analyst We are looking for an experienced Defined Benefits Pensions Business Analyst to support a pensions administrator through the discovery phase of a planned migration onto IntelliPen , the pensions administration platform provided by Procentia . This is likely to be an initial 3-month engagement , focused on understanding the client's current DB pensions administration environment, capturing operational and product requirements, assessing migration readiness, and helping shape the approach for a future platform migration. The role would suit someone with deep Defined Benefits pensions knowledge, strong business analysis capability, and prior experience supporting pensions administration platform change. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activity during the discovery phase of a DB pensions administration platform migration. Work with pensions administrators, operations teams, SMEs and technology stakeholders to understand current-state processes, data, controls and pain points. Capture and document product, operational, functional and non-functional requirements for DB scheme administration. Support analysis of how existing DB administration processes will map onto IntelliPen or a comparable pensions administration platform. Produce clear discovery outputs including process maps, requirements documentation, stakeholder summaries, RAID inputs and recommendations. Act as a credible bridge between pensions operations, business users and technical delivery teams. Essential Experience Strong experience working with Defined Benefits pension schemes at both product and operational administration level. Proven business analysis experience within pensions administration, platform change or operational transformation environments. Experience supporting or delivering pensions administration platform migrations , ideally involving DB schemes. Understanding of DB scheme administration processes, including member records, calculations, workflows, case management, reporting, controls and regulatory considerations. Ability to engage with pensions SMEs, administrators, business users and senior stakeholders. Desirable Experience Hands-on experience with IntelliPen / Procentia .

Calculations and Benefits Senior Analyst We are expanding our Client Onboarding and Change team and are looking for experienced Calculation Analysts to support the delivery of work in our Calculations and Benefits Team in a consistent and market leading manner. We are delivering across the pensions administration business on small, medium, and large-scale implementation and calculation projects including new business and post-project implementation, such as GMPE. The role will work closely with the Administration business, in particular the Admin Systems and Admin BAU teams, as well as stakeholders from across Isio and third parties. The role will likely be visible to, and involve working with, all levels of the business - from Partners to frontline operational teams. These roles can be based in our Croydon, Manchester, Reading, Bristol or Birmingham city centre office with a hybrid workstyle. What does the role entail? We are looking for an individual with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, an understanding of scheme rules and good communication skills. You should have a strong technical understanding, a commercial outlook, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Your key responsibilities will be: Evaluating and documenting business processes. Creating and signing off robust calculation proformas. Creating a robust test grid. Conducting user acceptance testing. Investigating calculation discrepancies. Clearly communicating design and changes to business stakeholders, technical teams, and management. Building training materials. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure effective adoption of any new system or process. Identifying new opportunities for improvement. Analysing options to identify the best fit for the business need. Managing team workflow and supporting junior team members. Providing technical guidance and development of the testing calculation proformas for legislative and scheme changes. Lead on a range of Pensions Administration Calculation Implementations and Projects. Oversee and support transformation, installation and solutions implementation, where required. Produce and present to varying stakeholders on a range of pensions administration and technology services and outcomes. Enable and adopt effective risk management and governance frameworks. Offer technical advice and support to colleagues and external stakeholders. Ensuring processes are embedded into BAU Administration and completing post implementation / project analysis to confirm acceptance and provide lessons learned. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills. Presentation skills that demonstrate the ability to communicate across various mediums to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. Experience of working in a Pensions Administration environment. Experience of modern Pensions Administrations systems.
