Customer Service Administrator - Temp to Perm
Aldershot, Hampshire
12.71 per hour Office-Based Immediate Start
Salary increase after probation: 26,436.80

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:30
Friday: 08:30 - 17:00

We're currently working with a well-established, family-owned business based in Aldershot who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a temp to perm basis.

This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and providing a high level of service
  • Handling a high volume of calls and emails
  • Processing orders from quote through to delivery
  • Raising and managing orders on internal systems
  • Preparing and checking order confirmations
  • Progressing quotes, approvals, and orders
  • Liaising with internal teams including production and dispatch
  • Managing customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalating any issues or complaints where required

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within a customer service or administrative role (1-3 years)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident working with numbers and processing orders
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
  • Must be able to commute to Aldershot (within 45 minutes)
