Houston & Hawkes are seeking a polished and professional individual to take on a dual role across guest floor hospitality and events coordination, working within a premium client setting where service, presentation and discretion are paramount.

This is a position for someone who understands the nuances of fine hospitality - where every interaction is considered, every detail matters and the guest experience is delivered with quiet confidence.

You will be the face of the client floor, welcoming guests, supporting meeting room service and ensuring the environment is always calm, seamless and impeccably presented.

THE ROLE

- Delivering high-end guest floor hospitality across meeting rooms and client areas

- Providing a warm, polished and professional front of house presence

- Supporting reception duties, including desk cover when required

- Coordinating and supporting bespoke client events and hospitality bookings

- Ensuring meeting rooms and client spaces are prepared to exceptional standards

- Liaising with catering and operations teams to deliver seamless service

- Maintaining a calm, organised and discreet environment at all times

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in guest floor hospitality or corporate front of house - essential

- Experience within a high-end, client-facing environment

- Reception experience advantageous

- A natural sense of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail

- Confident, composed and comfortable engaging with senior clients and guests

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- A positive, reliable and committed approach to your work

- An interest in events or hospitality coordination (training can be provided)
