Your main responsibilities will be: Setting up and breaking down our gazebo(s), pop-ups, Shopping centres or shell schemes to the highest standard on a weekly basis. Ensuring the safety and security of our equipment and stands at each event. Taking responsibility for the care of our equipment, from handling stock at the storage unit to placing it at each set up. Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator for approval of each set up and break down you are responsible for. Building relationships with event organisers as the in-field face of Butternut Box and Marro. Completing training in order to understand each set up and complete to the best of your ability. Communicating any logistics issues to the Logistics Coordinator; e.g damages, unforeseen issues at an event, late arrivals. Regular visits to the local storage unit in Newcastle for equipment checks and collection/drop off. In this role, you can expect: Mainly weekend work with a variety of hours (must be adaptable and flexible), but a lot of setups fall on Thursdays and Fridays too.
