Location: Near South Woodham Ferrers, Essex
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm

Important: Due to the location of the site, applicants must have their own transport and a valid driving licence.

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility near South Woodham Ferrers. This is a temporary ongoing role working within a fast-paced production environment, supporting various areas of the factory as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading machinery
• Assisting CNC operators with day-to-day production tasks
• Using basic hand tools where required during the production process
• Handling materials and components safely
• Supporting general factory and production duties
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 5:00am - 2:00pm
• 12.71 per hour

Requirements

• Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the site location
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Good reliability and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
