Skills and experience required for the Paraplanner role: Experience and Knowledge Strong understanding of financial planning principles, products, and investment solutions, ideally gained through previous paraplanning or financial services experience. Proficient in the use of financial planning tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong technical aptitude.
