Property Administrator

A well-established residential property business based near East Oxford are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Administrator to join its busy team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of rental properties, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords, tenants and contractors alike. This position would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing tenancy administration and associated paperwork
• Coordinating property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
• Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
• Organising maintenance works and monitoring progress
• Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation
• Processing rental payments and updating internal systems
• Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties

About you:

• Previous experience in lettings, property administration or customer service preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented approach
