The organisation is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Training & Development Manager to enhance performance across Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams, ensuring employees have the skills, confidence, and support to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The role is primarily London-based, with regular travel required to other UK offices to deliver in-person training. The Role As the Sales Training & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing training programmes across the business, with a strong focus on sales excellence, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
