Factory Operative (Late Shift)

KFM are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Wood Factory Operatives for a site in East Hull.

This role offers fixed shifts, making it ideal for those looking for consistency and routine.

• Late Shift (15:00 - 02:00)

• £12.71 + Holiday pay
• Overtime rate £18.75

The Role:

• Working across a variety of machinery and production areas
• Carrying out general labouring and warehouse duties
• Supporting machine operation (training provided where needed)
• Handling physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards

What we re looking for:

• Previous labouring experience is essential
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Machine operating experience is a bonus (not essential)
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Reliable and ready to get stuck in
