While we are ideally looking for candidates with between 2 and 5 years' PQE, this is intended as a guide only. We welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate the relevant expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to succeed in this role.

The Role

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of property litigation matters, with significant client interaction and responsibility from the outset. The role offers exposure to both residential and commercial disputes, as well as opportunities to support the wider commercial litigation team when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Residential and commercial property disputes
  • Boundary disputes
  • TOLATA claims
  • Professional negligence claims relating to property
  • Supporting the commercial litigation team on broader disputes where needed
  • Representing clients in advocacy where appropriate
  • Delivering exceptional client service and managing client expectations effectively
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening the firm's reputation

About You

You will be a proactive and confident solicitor with strong technical ability and a client-focused approach. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Solid experience in property litigation matters
  • Strong advocacy skills (or a willingness to develop them)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and case management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude

What's on Offer

  • High-quality work with a diverse client base
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • The chance to play an active role in shaping and growing the firm's offering

If you are looking to develop your career in a dynamic and reputable firm where your contribution will be valued, we would love to hear from you.
