They are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) to provide an efficient maintenance service to production. The starting salary is £36,121 (38 hour week) which rises after a period of training on their specific machinery, plus paid overtime at time and a half so with minimal weekly overtime you can earn £40,000 - £45,000 p/a, hours are Mon -Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 2.30pm, 33 holidays, pension - company 4% and employee 5%, death in service £60,000, sick pay, private healthcare and subsidised canteen. Role - Maintenance Engineer Respond quickly to breakdown situations when applicable. Carry out planned maintenance as directed by your line manager. Liaise on an on-going basis with Supervisors, Managers and Area Engineers about problems and the efficiency of machines in designated areas. Contribute to continuous improvements / TPM on machines and processes.
