Head of Marketing (Hands-On Growth & Performance)
UK (Remote-first) | £50,000-£55,000 + Bonus
The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing who can own and scale the full growth engine - not just manage it.
This is a role for someone who is still in-platform daily, actively managing campaigns, optimising performance, and driving measurable revenue impact.
If you're currently running PPC, paid social and performance channels yourself, and want full ownership to scale something properly - this is for you.
Paid Media (Core Focus)Full ownership of:
PPC (Google Ads)
Paid Social (Meta + other platforms)
Hands-on execution:
campaign builds, optimisation, scaling
Deliver against:
ROAS, CAC, CPL, revenue growth
Own weekly reporting and insights
Identify:
what's working, what's not, and what to scale
Drive a test-and-learn culture
Oversee SEO strategy
Work closely with an SEO/AI specialist (direct report)
Drive visibility across:
Google + AI search (ChatGPT, etc.)
Own:
conversion rate optimisation
landing page performance
Turn traffic into revenue efficiently
Hands-on with:
GTM, GA4, attribution, tagging
Ensure full visibility of:
performance across channels
Are actively managing:
Google Ads + Paid Social campaigns yourself
Have delivered:
clear ROAS/revenue/pipeline growth
Understand:
full-funnel performance (traffic - conversion - revenue)
Are comfortable owning:
everything from strategy to execution
True ownership:
