Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and payroll data
  • Monitor cash flow and track expenses
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Support accountants during audits and tax preparation
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar field (preferred)
