Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie - Members' Club (Richmond Park Area)

We are currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious private members' club located in the beautiful Richmond Park area.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional, supportive, and friendly kitchen team within a high-quality environment, catering to members who expect consistently excellent food and service.

The Role:

- Working across all sections of a busy, high-standard kitchen
- Supporting senior chefs in delivering refined, seasonal dishes
- Maintaining excellent food presentation, hygiene, and consistency
- Contributing to menu execution and daily service operations
- Supporting junior team members where required

About You:

- Strong experience as Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a quality restaurant, hotel, or private members' club
- Passionate about food and delivering high standards
- Calm, reliable, and able to perform well in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong team player with a positive and friendly attitude
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures

Working Hours:

- 45 hours per week
- Flexible rota including evenings and weekends

Salary & Benefits:

- 37,000 - 41,000 per annum, depending on experience
