HR Advisor (People Lead) | Hybrid - Barrow-in-Furness Up to £32,000 + benefits Barrow-in-Furness (2-3 days onsite, rest remote) SC Eligible/Sole UK Nationals only We're hiring a HR Advisor/People Lead to support the development of high-performing teams within a fast-paced, operational environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR generalist experience who enjoys working closely with managers and teams to drive performance, engagement, and capability.
