What you'll be doing:
- Leading surveys, assessments, and ecological project delivery
- Managing projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Producing detailed, high-quality reports
- Advising clients on ecological constraints and solutions
- Supporting and mentoring junior ecologist
What you'll bring:
- Consultancy experience in ecology
- Strong working knowledge of UK legislation and planning
- Confidence in both fieldwork and report writing
- A collaborative mindset and leadership capability
