MET Technician

They are seeking a skilled MET Technician to become a vital part of their dedicated team. This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent benefits, in a supportive work environment.

• Competitive salary between 40,000 and 50,000 per annum
• Opportunity to earn a Time Saved Bonus for hours worked over 45 per week
• Standard 45-hour week, Monday to Friday

Duties of a MET Technician:

• Carrying out vehicle repairs and maintenance to high standards
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults using modern equipment
• Supporting the team with vehicle repairs, including electrical systems and mechanical components
• Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety protocols
• Working efficiently within a busy workshop environment to meet productivity targets
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless workshop operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MET Technician, with a focus on vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Automotive qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and mechanical repairs
• Experience working with ADAS systems is highly desirable but training can be provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and technical development
