Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Contract and working pattern: 6 month fixed term contract, hybrid working
What we're looking forAG Barr are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Customer Service Team, based in Middlebrook. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Support Executive will provide a comprehensive Customer support service to Commercial Operations, Business Development Managers, and wholesale customer supply chain to ensure the effective day to day management of AG Barr products and deliveries.
The Customer Service team consists of the Customer Service Team Leader and 5 Customer Support Executives, and receives and processes wholesale customer orders each day.
The role of the Customer Support team is to process wholesale customer orders, ensuring that they comply with agreed trading terms for individual customers and to resolve any issues that arise from receipt of orders until order processing is complete.
