Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Assembler to join the company on an ongoing temporary contract (10 - 12 weeks, maybe more). £20.00 - £25.00 per hour depending on experience (Via Umbrella / own Ltd Company). Day shift hours only. Immediate starts available. The role will involve fitting, installing and assembling automated Packaging machinery in the factory. This would suit an experienced Mechanical Engineer with previous experience of assembly, fitting, installing Packaging / Manufacturing / Special Purpose machinery / machines. Previous job titles could include; Engineering Technician / Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical Technician / Tool Fitter / Multiskilled Engineer / Assembly Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer / similar.

This role involves the accurate assembly of cable harnesses and electrical assemblies in line with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
