Job Level: Nursery Room Leader

Location: Winnersh, Reading, RG41

Salary: £32,000.00 - £33,500.00 per annum

An experienced Nursery Room Leader is required to step up to Third in Charge, working alongside the management team. Working a 40 hour week (Monday to Friday), you will be offered a competitive salary of around £33k depending on experience, along with a range of benefits.

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Passionate about early years and children's development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
