Burger King Manager
Full-Time Permanent Up to 10% Annual Bonus Onsite Accommodation

Lead the flame-grilled action at Haggerston Castle Haven.

As Burger King Manager, you'll run a busy F&B operation, lead a motivated team, and make sure every guest leaves happy. You'll be hands-on, setting the standard, coaching your crew, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll manage the day-to-day rotas, budgets, performance, and compliance while creating a brilliant guest experience and a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to hit targets and deliver excellent service
  • Keep guests happy by solving problems and maintaining high standards
  • Manage performance through coaching, feedback, and development
  • Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards

Requirements:

  • Management experience in fast food or food service (Restaurant Manager, General Manager, QSR Manager or similar)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A calm head in a fast-paced environment
  • Great customer service and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of health and safety regs
  • Budget and financial management experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
