The Team Leader will oversee a small team on site and help develop the skills and capabilities of their colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including residential and commercial landscaping, parks, sports, play and domestic gardens. You will need to have experience in hard and soft landscaping and display a wide range of skills in carpentry, paving and horticulture Lead and motivate a team of landscapers to deliver projects on time, safely and to a high standard. Read and understand plans and specifications and meet the client's expectations Communicate with clients and colleagues in a proactive and positive manner Understand and implement your health, safety and environmental responsibilities. Identify training needs and train others effectively. Lead by example. 3+ years of experience in hard and soft landscaping for commercial clients. UK Driving license including trailer essential. CSCS, CPCS, NPORS and or other landscape and construction qualifications Basic math and measurement skills Ability to working in all weather and flexibility to travel and work away from home if needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Licence/Certification: CSCS card (preferred) Driving Licence (required) Work Location: On the road
