Duties

  • Provide accurate information regarding our services, ensuring customer needs are fully understood.
  • Utilise our CRM system to log interactions, update customer records, and track service requests efficiently.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends or issues, contributing to continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
