Our client, a reputable private painting and decorating company based in Orpington, Kent, is seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of painting and decorating, including gloss work, emulsions, preparation, and finishing. - CSCS card and full 5-point PPE required
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable
- Proven experience in painting and decorating, particularly in residential or commercial environments
- Own comprehensive painting toolkit (brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, whites/overalls)
- Ability to handle all aspects of painting, including surface preparation, gloss work, and emulsions
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
