The opportunity
You ll be joining a close-knit and growing studio, playing a key role in delivering beautifully executed projects while supporting the wider design team. It s a varied, rewarding position with real ownership and visibility across each project.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you ll take ownership of projects from concept through to installation. You ll be involved in every stage, combining project management, procurement and client liaison to ensure each project runs seamlessly.

What you ll be doing
Managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to installation
Working closely with the Lead Designer to turn concepts into deliverable plans
Preparing detailed estimates and budgets using Excel/QuickBooks
Sourcing, ordering and coordinating materials, furnishings and suppliers
Taking measurements on site and supporting design planning
Scheduling fitters, coordinating installations and overseeing works on site
Acting as the key link between designers, suppliers, outworkers and clients
Managing sampling, pattern books and general studio coordination
What we re looking for
You ll be someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in detail, and keeps a cool head when things don t go to plan.
Strong project management experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident working with budgets, measurements and pricing
Comfortable using Excel and systems such as QuickBooks
Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
Ability to manage multiple suppliers, timelines and priorities

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 pa based on experience
Location: Studio-based (Hampshire/Surrey border) with site visits
