- Basic Salary: £22,750 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £31,150)
- Realistic Earnings: £34,000

- Work Pattern: 5 days a week, with a few Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) for flexible weekends
