Job Title: Factory Operative (12 Hour Shifts)
Location: Dukinfield
Pay Rates:

• £12.71 per hour (Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pm)
• £14.77 per hour (Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm)

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Guaranteed full-time hours every week

Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment. This is an ongoing, secure role with guaranteed hours and opportunities to progress into machine operation and programming. Immediate starts are available.
Key Duties

• Making and assembling boxes for production and dispatch
• Palletising finished goods safely and efficiently
• Checking orders for accuracy before dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks on products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Training to progress into machine programming and operation

Skills & Experience

• Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and progress
