Paint Sprayer - Nottingham
Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer seeking a stable and rewarding role within a reputable main dealer bodyshop? Our client, a well-established Main Dealership in Nottingham, is looking to recruit a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in high-quality vehicle refinishing within a professional environment.

- Competitive basic salary of £35,500, with an achievable OTE of £43,000 £50,000
- Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekend shifts

Duties of this Paint Sprayer position:
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming procedures
- Mix and apply paint to a high standard, ensuring an excellent finish
- Perform full resprays and localised repairs as required
- Complete refinishing work adhering to manufacturer standards
- Maintain high safety and quality standards in all tasks
- Support additional bodyshop tasks where applicable to meet workshop demands
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a busy bodyshop environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving a perfect finish
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver consistent results
- Knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques
- Multi-skilled experience, such as panel or prep work, is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
