Job Description

Location: GWR Kia, 963 Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 9FX

Hours: 44.25 hours per week Monday to Sunday

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve maximum profitability across all aspects of the sales department
  • Proactively use the company database for customer follow ups to maximise sales and repeat business
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Follow company and franchise standards, policies, and procedures at all times

What we need from you:

  • Full manual driving licence (essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self motivated and target driven with proven sales ability (motor trade experience not essential)
  • Positive approach to learning and development
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
